Biography
Harvey is a native of Indianapolis and received his Brokers license in 1983 which earned him the distinction of being the youngest Real Estate Broker in Indiana. A true entrepreneur, he owned several successful businesses in Central Indiana. Harvey's business ownership and background in construction along with over 25 years as a Real Estate Investor, Developer and User of office, retail and industrial space make him uniquely qualified to represent tenants and landlords as well as buyer and sellers of office, retail, land, industrial and investments.

SBA STIMULUS UPDATE
  • What Does It Mean To Your Small Business?

    The U.S.Small Business Administration is raising the limits for its 504 Loan Program. Beginning August 18, 2009, companies with up to $8.5 million in Net Worth and as much as $3 million in annual earnings may borrow from the program. The minimum size loan remains at $125,000. The 504 program is designed for companies to use the loan proceeds to purchase real estate, buildings and equipment.
    Other changes provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act include:
    90 Percent Guarantee
    The SBA will raise its loan guarantee from the current levels to as much as 90 percent for some loans. The 50 percent guarantee on SBA Express loans remains unchanged.
    Refinancing
    The 504 program may now be used to refinance existing loans for fixed assets.
    Fees
    Under many programs loan fees have been reduced.
    Surety Bonds
    The maximum contract amount that can be covered by an SBA guaranteed surety bond has been raised to $5 million and under certain circumstances $10 million.

    Reduced fees, down payments as low as 10% and low fixed interest rates for as long as 20 years. Just what small business has needed to help put the economy back on track!
